Field Notes from the Coast is an editorial illustration series built around essays on place, memory and regional myth. The visuals combine diagrammatic details, textured landscapes and hand-drawn motifs gathered from harbours, paths and weather records.
The aim was to keep the images readable in editorial layouts while preserving the atmospheric quality that runs through Susan Journeyer’s author-driven work.
This entry helps show the breadth of the Projects archive beyond books and comics.
