Salt Thread is a graphic novel rooted in coastal folklore, sisterhood and the uneasy pull of home. Two sisters return to the village they once fled and find that the stories their grandmother told them as children were less fanciful than they seemed.
The project combines expressive character work with weathered settings, sea-worn textures and a restrained palette shaped by fog, salt and tide. Across the book, memory and place work together until the landscape itself begins to feel like a witness.
